Report Catalogue
Thirty-seven maintained reports across ten module groups: inventory and stock (ten, including stock as of any past date, inventory valuation, batch expiry, dead stock and aging, turnover and days of inventory on hand, and ABC analysis), warehouses and locations (three), sales and POS (four), procurement (two), finance and payments (six, including credit hold exposure and work in progress by job), assets, projects (three), helpdesk (two), HR (four) and administration (two, including unsigned handovers). Every one filters, exports to PDF, CSV and XLSX, and can be saved as a named view.

Saved Filters & Scheduled Reports
A filtered list view can be saved under a name and restored with one click, on twenty-one list and report screens. Eighteen datasets can then be scheduled for delivery in PDF, CSV and XLSX on a daily, weekly or monthly cadence at an hour you set in your own timezone, to a whole role resolved at send time, named users, or external email addresses for people with no login. The next three run times are shown while you configure, and every delivery attempt is recorded with its error.

AWRA OpsHub by market
Portugal does not only regulate what an invoice says. It regulates the program that issues it — certified by the tax authority, listed on a public register, issuing from series registered in advance. We are not on that register. Here is exactly what that rules out, what it does not, and how far the product already is.

Bulk Import & Data Onboarding
Thirteen templates download with the exact columns in the exact order, required columns marked and a worked example row filled in. Eight of them load rows directly: warehouses, locations, chart of accounts, vendors, customers, items, assets and asset custodians. The other five — stock adjustments, stock transfers, procurement request lines, RFQ lines and opening balances — shape the data, with the rows brought in through the module that owns the ledger. Files reference each other by human codes rather than database identifiers, and CSV, XLSX and XLS are all accepted.

Intake & Portals
Tickets come in from a branded public portal (no account needed), email, and in-app. Visitors submit a request and get a tracking reference to follow progress and reply, while staff raise and follow their own tickets from inside AWRA — all landing in the same routed queues.
