System Reports By Module
The ready-made report catalog — grouped by module, filtered by period, exportable to CSV and PDF — covering inventory, warehouses, sales, procurement, finance, assets, projects, helpdesk, HR and administration.
System reports are the reports you do not have to build. They live under Reports → System Reports, grouped by the module they report on, and each one takes the same shape: choose a period (or custom dates), apply the filters that make sense for that report, read it on screen, export it to CSV or PDF.
The Groups
| Group | Examples of what it answers |
|---|---|
| Inventory & Stock | Stock levels and valuation, low stock, dead stock, turnover, ABC classification, batch expiry, stock movement, item activity. |
| Warehouses & Locations | Low stock by location, location usage and throughput, transfers. |
| Sales & POS | Sales summary and sales by item. |
| Procurement | Procurement summary and supplier delivery performance. |
| Finance & Payments | Budget versus actual, credit hold exposure, work in progress, expense summary, the payments register. |
| Assets | Asset register and movement reporting — see Asset Reports. |
| Projects | Timesheets and delivery reporting. |
| Helpdesk | Ticket summary and SLA performance. |
| HR & People | Headcount, leave, attendance, payroll. |
| Administration | User activity, and governance reports such as unsigned handovers. |
Periods And "As Of" Reporting
Every report shares the same period filter: a quick period, or explicit custom dates. Stock reports additionally answer as of a date, reconstructing the balance at that point rather than showing today's — which is what makes them usable for a month-end that closed last week.
Governance Reports Are Worth Knowing About
Two in the catalog are easy to miss and answer questions auditors ask: Unsigned Handovers lists custody movements that were never signed for, and User Activity shows what people did. Both pair with Audit Logs.
When The Catalog Is Not Enough
If no report answers your question, build one: see the Custom Report Builder. If a report you expect is missing from the menu, it is a permission difference rather than an absence — see Permissions Guide.
