Dedicated instance · available now

An AWRA that is yours alone.

Your own system, used by your organization and nobody else, at an address with your name on it. All the confidence of running your own, with none of the servers, upgrades or backups — those stay with us.

https://yourorg.awraops.com

The address your whole team signs in at — and the only organization behind it is yours.

Where exactly is our data, and who else is on that system?

Asked by donors, boards, auditors and regulators

With a dedicated instance the answer is one sentence: it is our own system, and nobody else is on it. No diagrams, no caveats, no follow-up meeting.

Why organizations choose it

The same AWRA you would use anyway. Just yours.

Say yes to the data clause

Grant agreements, partner contracts and board policies increasingly ask where records sit. Sign them without a footnote.

Get through procurement

The security questionnaire that stalls a shared system has a short answer here. Fewer rounds, fewer meetings, a faster yes.

Your name on the door

Staff sign in at your own address. It feels like your organization’s system, because it is.

Your busy day stays yours

Nobody else’s month end, payroll run or year-end close ever lines up in front of yours.

No IT team required

You get the control of running your own system without hiring anyone to run it. We host it, update it and back it up.

Never left behind

Every new feature reaches you the same as everyone else. Your own system, without becoming an old one.

Who it is for

If someone holds you to account for your data.

If nobody ever asks you where your records live, a shared workspace serves you just as well and costs less. If somebody does, this is the answer they want to hear.

NGOs and donor-funded programmes Donors who audit how beneficiary, staff and spend records are held.
Government and public bodies Agencies and parastatals with rules about whose system holds public records.
Banks, SACCOs and insurers Institutions whose regulators ask about every system that touches the business.
Groups with a board data policy Organizations that have simply decided their records will not share a system.

Dedicated server

For organizations that need to say the machine is theirs too.

  • A server that runs your organization’s AWRA and nothing else
  • Capacity sized to you, not shared with anyone

Dedicated instance — what you get, and what we can add

What AWRA OpsHub does today

  • A system used by your organization alone, with your records, files and backups kept apart from every other customer.
  • Your own address on awraops.com, such as yourorg.awraops.com.
  • Every module in your plan, with new features arriving as they ship.
  • Hosting, updates and backups handled by us, so nobody on your side has to run a server.

More we can add to your workspace

  • The AWRA mobile app connected to your instance. The app connects to the shared service today; connecting it to your own address is an extension we can build into your quote.
  • Your own domain, such as erp.yourorg.org, in place of the awraops.com address.
  • Your current AWRA workspace moved across with its history, for an organization already using the shared service.
  • A hosting region of your choosing, written into the contract.

Where we point you to a specialist

  • We do not hand over the server or the source code. Your instance is run, updated and backed up by us, which is what keeps it secure and current.
  • We do not keep a customised copy of AWRA for one organization. Anything we build for you reaches everyone, so your instance never falls behind.

Tell us which of these your organization needs and we will build it into the quote.

Questions

What people ask before they sign.

Who is a dedicated instance for?
Organizations that get asked where their records live and who else is on the system: donor-funded programmes, public bodies, financial institutions, and any organization whose board has a data policy. If nobody ever asks you that question, a shared workspace serves you just as well.
Is it a different product?
No. It is the same AWRA OpsHub, with the same modules and the same new features as they ship. The difference is that it is used by your organization alone.
Do we need an IT team to run it?
No. We host it, keep it up to date and back it up. Your team signs in at your address and works; that is the whole of your side of it.
How quickly can we start?
We can set one up now. Once the quote is agreed you choose your address, we set the instance up, and your data is loaded in. Most of the work is ours.
What exactly is separate, for our IT reviewer?
Your instance has its own database, its own application and background workers, its own encryption key, its own file storage and its own backups. What it shares with everyone else is the code release, the hosting region and the published sub-processor list, and on the Dedicated tier the physical server, with other dedicated customers only.
Can our staff use the mobile app?
The AWRA mobile app connects to the shared service today. Connecting it to your own instance is one of the additions we can build into your quote, and the web app works in any phone browser in the meantime.
How is it priced?
Per organization, on a quote, in two tiers: Dedicated and Dedicated server. A one-off setup fee covers getting you started; an annual fee covers hosting, upgrades and backups.
