AWRA OpsHub is one connected system, so a recording rarely stays in a single module — a request approved in procurement lands in inventory, and what leaves inventory shows up in the books. Below is the full map of what is being recorded, module by module.
Stock by location with reorder points, counts, traceability and quality holds, transfers and approvals, adjustments and check-in/out, replenishment, and the asset register.
Requests and approvals, RFQs and side-by-side quote comparison, POs with receiving and matching, landed costs, the vendor portal, prequalification and supplier performance.
Customer 360 and statements, invoicing and credit notes, payments and collections including M-Pesa and card, the point of sale, and shift reconciliation.
The ledger behind the operations: expenses, budget controls, AR/AP aging, KRA eTIMS and tax, vendor payments, and QuickBooks sync health.
Employee records, leave, attendance and time, payroll runs that post to the payments register, and the employee self-service portals.
Task management, planning and Gantt views, agile delivery boards, and time, budget and flexibility tracking across a project.
Tickets and queues, the SLA engine and what it does when a clock runs out, the agent dashboard and reporting, and the intake portals customers write in through.
Insights per module — inventory, procurement, sales, accounting — plus predictive insights, the custom report builder, field customization and the BI studio.
Workflow automation and smart alerts, API and webhook automation, workflow exceptions, the document vault, compliance evidence packs and device trust.
The Android and iOS apps, scanner-assisted workflows, operations that keep working offline, and the operations control center.
Recordings are published module by module. Each new one appears on this page automatically the moment it goes up on the channel.
Subscribe on YouTube and the module walkthrough you're waiting for arrives in your feed the day it's recorded.
While you watch
Feature lists are easy to write. What's worth your six minutes is watching one record travel across modules without anyone re-typing it — so here's what to keep an eye on.
A procurement request is raised once. Follow it into approval, into a purchase order, into goods received, and finally into the accounts — the same record the whole way, never keyed in twice.
Stock levels, valuation and outstanding balances update as the transaction is posted, not on a nightly run. The dashboard figures shift while you are still on the screen that changed them.
Watch a step get blocked: an approval that has not happened, stock that is not there, a document past its expiry. The guardrails are the part a slide deck never shows.
