The receipt is
the last thing
they keep.
Most of what a customer sees of your system is one slip of paper and one email. Both of them can carry your mark, your colour and your words — set once, in one screen, applied to the next thing that prints.
Try an accent
Repaints the sample beside this — Violet
Six things you control.
Settings, then Receipt Customization. It applies immediately — the next slip printed uses what you just saved, with nothing to deploy and nobody to ask.
Header line
The words across the top of every receipt — your trading name, a branch, a slogan.
Footer line
The last thing the customer reads. Returns policy, opening hours, a thank you.
Accent colour
The one colour the receipt is styled with. It touches the receipt and nothing else.
Logo on or off
Show your mark at the top, or keep the slip clean and text-only.
SMS wording
The message that carries a receipt to a phone, written in your words rather than ours.
Auto-send
Send every receipt without asking, or leave the decision at the till.
Email that comes
from you.
Everything leaving your workspace carries your workspace identity rather than ours — your name at the top, your logo, your reply address, your phone and your country in the footer. A customer replying to a receipt reaches you, not a support desk they have never heard of.
Logos are rewritten to absolute addresses before sending, because a relative path that renders perfectly in a browser is a broken image in a mail client — the kind of fault you only discover from the outside.
Thanks for shopping with us. Your receipt for 8,810.00 is attached, and the items are covered by our 14-day returns policy.
Where your brand reaches today.
- POS receipts — printed and sent
- The SMS that carries a receipt
- Transactional emails from your workspace
- Enterprise message emails
- Your logo and accent on customer invoice PDFs
- The same treatment on delivery notes
- A second accent for statements
An invoice PDF today carries your details as text rather than your mark. Extending the branding you already configure to the invoice and delivery-note templates is a contained build on settings that exist, and we will scope it with a written specification, a timeline and a price.
Talk to us about itBefore you print.
- What can I brand?
- The receipt your customer is handed or sent, and the emails that leave your workspace. On the receipt you control the header line, the footer line, the accent colour, whether your logo appears, and the wording of the SMS that carries it. Emails carry your workspace name, logo, reply address, phone and country.
- Where do I set it up?
- Settings, then Receipt Customization. It is one screen, it applies immediately, and there is nothing to deploy — the next receipt printed uses what you just saved.
- Does the accent colour affect anything else?
- It styles the receipt only. The rest of your workspace keeps the standard interface, so a strong brand colour that would be hard to read as a button on every screen is safe to use here.
- Can I change the SMS wording?
- Yes. The message that carries a receipt to a customer is yours to write rather than a fixed template, so it can carry your own phrasing, a thank-you or a return-policy line.
- Do receipts send automatically?
- If you want them to. Auto-send is a toggle, so a counter that should always send gets it without a decision per sale, and one that should ask keeps the choice at the till.
- Are customer invoice PDFs branded too?
- Not yet — an invoice PDF today carries your details as text rather than your logo and colour. Extending the same branding to the invoice and delivery-note PDFs is a contained build on settings that already exist, and we will scope it with a written specification, a timeline and a price.
