Shipped. AWRA activity posts to a Zapier (or Make) catch hook, so any Zap can act on it, and inbound webhook keys let an automation send data back the other way. Both are configured and tested under Settings → Connectors.
On the roadmapShipped. Approvals, alerts and exceptions arrive in your Teams channel as a card carrying a link straight to the record. The card opens AWRA rather than holding approve and reject buttons of its own, so the decision is still made — and logged — in the app.

Shipped as a channel for your own team: AWRA notifications go to a configured set of numbers through the WhatsApp Business Cloud API, using an approved message template. Automated order and delivery updates to customers are a different job and are not part of it.
On the roadmapShipped. Stock is held in batches with their own cost and expiry date, each item carries its own FEFO policy so issuing picks the earliest expiry first, expiring batches raise an alert before they turn, and traceability reports follow a lot in both directions.
On the roadmapShipped. Approvals and smart alerts arrive in Slack as a formatted message with an Open in AWRA button. Approving from inside Slack is not part of it — the button takes you to the record, where the action is authorised and recorded.

Signing in with a Microsoft work account already works today. What is still planned is the enterprise half: SAML 2.0 federation and SCIM provisioning, so accounts are created and deactivated by your identity provider rather than by hand.

Pins are per person, so two people sharing a role can still watch different things.
