Shipped. AWRA activity posts to a Zapier (or Make) catch hook, so any Zap can act on it, and inbound webhook keys let an automation send data back the other way. Both are configured and tested under Settings → Connectors.
On the roadmapShipped. Approvals, alerts and exceptions arrive in your Teams channel as a card carrying a link straight to the record. The card opens AWRA rather than holding approve and reject buttons of its own, so the decision is still made — and logged — in the app.
On the roadmapPartly shipped in v3.10: an invoice or supplier bill in another currency carries its exchange rate and posts to the ledger in your base currency at that rate, a payment that settles at a different rate books a realised exchange gain or loss, and a document with no rate waits rather than posting at a guess. Still planned: period-end revaluation of open balances (unrealised gain or loss) and automatic daily rate capture.

Items and assets already generate barcodes, in bulk if you need them, with a printable label and a PDF. What is planned is control over the layout: a drag-and-drop studio and print profiles for thermal printers.

Shipped as a channel for your own team: AWRA notifications go to a configured set of numbers through the WhatsApp Business Cloud API, using an approved message template. Automated order and delivery updates to customers are a different job and are not part of it.
On the roadmapShipped. Stock is held in batches with their own cost and expiry date, each item carries its own FEFO policy so issuing picks the earliest expiry first, expiring batches raise an alert before they turn, and traceability reports follow a lot in both directions.
On the roadmapShipped. Approvals and smart alerts arrive in Slack as a formatted message with an Open in AWRA button. Approving from inside Slack is not part of it — the button takes you to the record, where the action is authorised and recorded.

Shipped. Entra ID, or any SAML 2.0 or OIDC identity provider, connects to a workspace for an email domain you have verified, and SCIM 2.0 creates and deactivates accounts from your directory rather than by hand. Signing in with a personal Microsoft work account still works alongside it.
On the roadmapShipped. Choose which registers to export and AWRA writes each one to its own tab in your sheet, on demand or on a schedule, rewriting the tab so it always reflects current data.

Every item carries a unit — count units stay whole, kilograms, litres and metres take up to three decimals — and stock is valued at a moving average blended on every receipt, at the cost typed on the check-in or the purchase order price. Each warehouse can carry its own minimum and maximum for Reorder and balancing. Buying in one unit and selling in another on the same item is the next ask.
On the roadmapShipped through the custom report builder: build a report over any dataset with your own fields and filters, share it with a role rather than a person, schedule it, and pin it to your dashboard as a live card. Pins are per person, so two people sharing a role can still watch different things.

Shipped. A recurring schedule raises an invoice weekly, monthly, quarterly or annually until its end date, as a draft for review or issued automatically, and an issued one can be emailed to the customer on its own. Pausing skips the periods inside the pause rather than billing them late, and every run is logged with the invoice it raised or the reason it failed. Since 2026-10-14 a run can also collect: a card the customer has paid with through Paystack is charged automatically (only a token, the last four digits and the brand are stored), or an M-Pesa prompt goes to their phone to approve. A failed charge retries daily up to three times, then the owner is told and the invoice joins the reminder ladder. Shillings only for now, and a card that asks for a one-time code each time cannot be charged unattended.

Leads with a source, status and owner; opportunities on pipeline stages your organization sets, each with a probability and a weighted value per currency, on a drag-and-drop board; calls, emails, meetings, notes and tasks logged against them. A lead converts into a new or existing customer, and a won deal becomes a quote. Lead scoring, forecasting beyond the weighted pipeline and email sync are the next asks.
On the roadmapShipped. A ladder of stages set by days overdue, each sending email, SMS or WhatsApp with wording you edit. Each stage goes once per invoice, stops the moment it is paid, can be paused per customer and is recorded on the invoice. Off until you switch it on; SMS and WhatsApp go through your own provider and approved template.

Manual journals save as drafts and, with the switch on, wait for a second person to approve, above a threshold if you set one; the author cannot approve their own, and a rejection carries its reason. A posted journal is reversed by mirror entries rather than deleted, and posted entries can never be deleted.
On the roadmapShipped. Twelve-month budgets for each revenue and expense account, for the whole organization or one department, branch or project, with an annual figure spread evenly if you like. Budget against actual to any month, with the variance and percentage. Budget columns on the income statement itself are the next step.

Each month lists the automatic checks — journals awaiting posting or approval, bank accounts reconciled to month end, depreciation, pending petty cash, a balancing trial balance, unclassified accounts, the previous month closed — beside your own steps, ticked or skipped with a reason. It informs the close rather than blocking it.
On the roadmapShipped. The KRA PIN on a customer record goes to eTIMS as the buyer PIN on invoices, POS sales and credit notes, so a VAT-registered buyer can claim the input VAT. A PIN in the wrong shape files as a consumer sale rather than being rejected.
On the roadmapShipped in v3.6. A dark appearance across the dashboard and the vendor portal, set per person as Light, Dark or System, and stored on your account rather than the browser. Printing, PDFs and email stay light whichever you choose.
