Your dashboard is a personalized, real-time feed of the organizational pulse. It is designed to expose "Critical Signals" that require immediate human intervention.
The Dynamic Pulse
The dashboard is divided into actionable widgets:
- Stock Alerts: Red-coded indicators for items that have dropped below their reorder threshold. Clicking these takes you straight to the "Re-Order Intelligence" screen.
- Approval Hub: Displays pending procurement requests. Managers see an "Approve" button directly on the dashboard card for high-velocity decision making.
- Vendor Metrics: A snapshot of current lead-time consistency trends. If your average delivery delay spikes system-wide, it will appear here first.
- Recent Activity: A live stream of stock movements, allowing for immediate visual audits of warehouse activity.
Pro Tip: Use the "Global Search" bar at the top of the dashboard to find any item, vendor, or PO ID instantly from any screen.
