Hard vs Soft Limits
Select whether the system should physically block requests that exceed the budget (Hard) or merely flag them with a warning for the approver (Soft).
Fiscal Note: Budgets are automatically adjusted in real-time as POs are closed, giving you a 100% accurate view of "Remaining Capital".
