Supplier Team, Sessions & Email Preferences
Suppliers give each colleague only the access they need, see where their account is signed in, are alerted to new sign-ins, and choose which business emails they receive.
Team
- In the supplier portal, open Team (
/vendor/team). - Enter the colleague’s Name and Email, tick only what they need, and press Send invitation. They get an email with a link to set their own password.
- Change a colleague’s access and press Save, or Remove them. Removing a contact also deletes every API token they created. Restore brings a removed contact back.
The rights are Quote on RFQs, Purchase orders, Upload invoices, View payments, Company documents and Manage contacts.
- The primary contact holds every right and cannot be removed. Only the primary contact can grant Manage contacts.
- Without View payments, payment amounts are hidden.
- The menu hides what a contact cannot use, and the server refuses it anyway.
Sign-In And Sessions
- Sign-in & sessions (
/vendor/account/security) lists each browser with its IP address, country, first seen and last active, and each mobile app sign-in and integration token with when it was created, last used and expires. - Press Sign out on one browser, Sign out everywhere else, or Revoke an app sign-in or token.
- Two-step sign-in is set up from the same page with Turn on two-step sign-in.
New Sign-In Alerts
A sign-in from a new browser or app, or from a new country, emails the contact an alert that cannot be switched off. The sessions page shows a New sign-in banner with This was me or Sign it out. The first sign-in after accepting an invitation does not raise one.
Email Preferences
- Open Email preferences (
/vendor/settings/notifications). - Switch each business email on or off: Invitations to quote, Quotation decisions, New purchase orders, Document requests, Order issues and messages, Payments. All start on.
- Press Save preferences.
- Everything stays visible in the portal either way; only the email stops.
- The choice is checked when an email is actually sent, so a change applies to emails already queued.
- Sign-in codes, password resets, invitations and changes to payment details are always sent.
- Any contact can see the preferences; only one who can manage contacts can change them.
Team, sessions and email preferences are also in the AWRA mobile app from the supplier menu.
