Profile Setup Guide
Your profile helps AWRA identify who performed an action, who should receive notifications, and how team members can recognize you inside workflows.
What To Review
- Name: Use the name your team recognizes on approvals, comments, tasks, and reports.
- Email: Confirm it is correct because invitations, notifications, and password resets may use it.
- Phone: Add a reachable number if your organization uses SMS, mobile money, support calls, or urgent alerts.
- Photo: Add a professional photo if your team uses visual identification during approvals or handovers.
- Department and warehouse: Confirm these match your daily work, especially for inventory, procurement, and POS users.
- Password and MFA: Use strong credentials and follow your organization's MFA policy.
Good Profile Hygiene
- Review your profile after first login.
- Update contact details when your phone, email, department, or work location changes.
- Tell your tenant admin if your role or warehouse assignment is wrong.
- Never share your account. Every user should work from their own login.
