User Permissions Guide
AWRA shows each person the menus, records, buttons, reports, and approval actions that match their assigned role. This keeps daily work focused and protects sensitive business information such as payments, account settings, payroll-adjacent records, pricing, approvals, and financial reports.
If a page, button, export, approval step, warehouse, branch, vendor, customer, report, or payment action is missing, it does not always mean the page is broken. It may mean your account has not been granted that activity yet, the record is locked by its current status, or the item belongs to a branch or warehouse outside your assigned scope.
What Permissions Can Change
| Area | What You May Notice | Who Can Help |
|---|---|---|
| Menus | A module such as Finance, POS, Procurement, or Reports may not appear. | Tenant admin or department manager |
| Buttons | Create, Edit, Approve, Cancel, Export, Post, Sync, or Delete may be hidden. | Tenant admin or process lead |
| Records | You may only see records for your branch, warehouse, team, vendor account, or assigned workflow. | Manager or tenant admin |
| Reports | Financial, inventory valuation, or executive reports may require additional approval. | Finance lead or tenant admin |
How To Request Access
- Write down the exact task you need to complete, such as approve a purchase request or export a stock report.
- Capture the page name, record number, warehouse, branch, or customer involved.
- Ask your manager or tenant admin to confirm whether your role should include that task.
- After access changes, sign out and sign back in if the menu does not refresh.
- Never use another person's account to complete work. Ask an authorized user to act or approve while access is reviewed.
