First Login Guide
Your first login confirms that your account is active, your password works, and your assigned role opens the correct AWRA workspace.
Before You Log In
- Confirm you received an invitation or login instructions from your tenant admin.
- Use your work email unless your organization told you otherwise.
- Keep your phone or authenticator app nearby if MFA is required.
- Use a modern browser and a stable internet connection for setup.
Login Steps
- Open the AWRA login page.
- Enter your email address and password.
- Complete MFA if prompted.
- Confirm the dashboard shows your organization workspace.
- Open the menu and confirm you can see the modules needed for your role.
- If a required menu is missing, contact your tenant admin and explain the task you need to perform.
Common First Login Issues
