What Tenant Admins Manage

Sync Troubleshooting
- Check whether the connected app is authorized and active.
- Review visible error messages and missing mapping warnings.
- Correct required fields before retrying.
- Retry a small set first after changing mapping or connection settings.
- Escalate repeated failures with record number, integration name, and timestamp.
