While Inventory AI focuses on "What to buy", Procurement AI focuses on "How and from whom to buy". It acts as a risk-mitigation layer between your organization and your supply base.

Holistic Vendor Scoring

AWRA doesn't just track price; it builds a Supplier Quality Index (SQI) based on historical performance:

• Fulfillment Accuracy: Percentage of orders delivered without missing quantities or damaged goods.
• SLA Compliance: How often the vendor meets the "Agreed Delivery Date" generated at the PO stage.
• Price Volatility: Detects if a vendor is frequently increasing prices compared to the market average or their own quotation history.

Supply Chain Radar

The system detects Single-Source Vulnerabilities. If the AI notices a high concentration of spend with a low-SQI vendor, it will proactively suggest initiating a new RFQ cycle to diversify your sourcing.
