AWRA Help Center

The AWRA Academy is open to everyone — customers, prospects, and partners. Courses are organised into learning paths, take about half an hour each, and require no signup to read. When you pass a course assessment, a certificate is issued to you automatically.

Learning paths

• Operations Foundations — inventory, procurement, warehouses & locations, transfers & replenishment, counts & adjustments, and quality holds.
• Operations Modules — point of sale, sales, accounting, assets, returns & refunds, pricing & discounts, receiving, and customer/vendor management.
• Control & Governance — governance essentials, roles & permissions, approval workflows, audit trails, and data protection.
• Partner Enablement — for partners positioning, scoping, and delivering AWRA.

How certification works

1. Read the course lessons, then start the assessment from the course page.
2. Enter your name and email and answer the multiple-choice questions. Grading is automatic and server-side.
3. If you meet the pass mark, a certificate is issued instantly with a unique verification code.
4. You receive an email with your result either way — passing emails include your certificate as a PDF; if you do not pass, you can retake the assessment for free.

Verifying a certificate

Every certificate carries a code such as AWRA-XXXX-XXXX. Anyone can confirm a certificate is genuine at the certificate verification page by entering the code — useful for employers and for partners proving their team's enablement.
