Onboarding & Registration
AWRA operates on an invitation-only basis to protect organizational integrity. New users cannot "self-sign up" for an existing tenant environment.
The Invitation Flow
- Admin Action: A System Administrator adds your email to the User Management module.
- Invitation Email: You will receive a secure token via email from the AWRA system.
- Credential Setup: Click the link in your email to set your secure password.
- Role Assignment: Once you log in, your permissions will be automatically active based on the preset assigned to you.
Required Profile Data
While the admin sets your initial profile, you are encouraged to complete your bio in Settings > Edit Account. This includes your contact phone number (used for critical stock alerts) and your department classification.
