Delivery Insights

Where delivery actually stands — active projects, open tasks, what is overdue, what is at risk of slipping, what got finished this month, hours logged, and work stranded on people who have left.

Delivery Insights sits under Projects → Delivery Insights. It reads your projects, tasks and time entries and answers the question a status meeting is usually convened to answer.

What It Shows

  • Projects — total and currently active. Project templates are excluded, so template scaffolding does not inflate the count.
  • Open tasks — everything not yet resolved.
  • Overdue — past its due date and still open.
  • At risk — due soon and still open. This is the column worth acting on; overdue is already too late.
  • Completed this month — throughput, not activity.
  • Hours logged this month — time actually recorded against tasks.
  • Reassignment queue — open tasks still assigned to people whose employment has ended.

Your Own Statuses Are Respected

If your organization has defined custom project statuses, the page uses your definitions of done and cancelled rather than assuming the defaults. A task in your own "Delivered" status counts as delivered, not as open.

The Reassignment Queue Is The One To Clear First

Work assigned to someone who has left is work nobody is doing, and it is invisible on a board organised by status. This figure exists to catch it. Clearing it after every departure is the cheapest delivery risk you will ever remove — see Employee Management for the offboarding side.

Alerts And Approvals

The page also carries smart alerts and the anomaly radar and the approvals queue. Figures are computed periodically and the page shows when it last refreshed. For the underlying module, see Projects Overview; for cost against delivery, Time, Budget & Flexibility.
