The Feedback Loop: Supplier Reviews
Once a PO is closed, the requester or the inventory clerk is prompted to provide a qualitative review.
Quality Metrics
Reviews focus on two areas:
- Item Quality: Did the physical items match the technical specifications in the RFQ?
- Service Reliability: Was the vendor responsive to inquiries during the "In-Transit" phase?
Insight: These reviews directly feed into the Strategic Sourcing score, influencing which vendors win future RFQs.
