Inventory Overview

Inventory is the operational center of AWRA. It tracks what your organization has, where it is stored, how it moves, and when it needs attention.

Items

Define the products, supplies, spare parts, SKUs, and consumables your organization tracks.

Warehouses & Locations

Organize stock by warehouse, room, shelf, bin, depot, branch, or storage zone.

Movements

Record check-ins, check-outs, transfers, returns, adjustments, counts, receiving, and sales deductions.

Controls

Use permissions, approvals, alerts, attachments, and audit history to protect stock accuracy.

Typical Inventory Flow

  1. Create or import items with clear units, categories, reorder points, and tracking details.
  2. Assign stock to warehouses and locations.
  3. Receive stock through procurement, check-in, transfer receipt, return, or opening balance.
  4. Issue stock through checkout, POS sale, sales fulfillment, consumption, or transfer dispatch.
  5. Investigate differences using movements, adjustments, counts, reports, and attachments.
