Plans And Entitlements

Plans define which AWRA capabilities are available to your tenant. If a feature is missing, disabled, or limited, it may be controlled by your subscription plan or by your assigned user role.

  • Check whether your tenant plan includes the module or feature.
  • Check whether your role allows you to view or use the feature.
  • Ask a tenant admin before requesting a plan change.
  • Review usage limits before importing large data, adding users, or enabling advanced workflows.
