Labels And Scanning

Labels make asset tracking faster and more reliable. Each asset can have a barcode, QR code, or both, depending on your organization's settings.

Labels

  • Print labels after creating or importing assets.
  • Attach labels where they are visible and durable.
  • Use labels during handover, verification, branch audits, and field checks.
  • Replace damaged labels before the asset becomes hard to identify.

Scan Lookup

Use scanning to quickly find an asset, open its detail page, confirm its current custodian, and start the correct action. If a scan does not match the expected asset, pause and review the asset code, barcode, current status, and location before continuing.

Mobile Use

Mobile and scanner workflows are useful for field teams, warehouses, branch audits, and quick custody checks. When using mobile, capture notes, condition changes, and location evidence whenever your organization requires them.
