Offline Expectations

When offline or on a weak connection, users should follow the operating rules set by their tenant. Some workflows may be available for capture and later sync, while others may require a live connection because they affect stock, money, approvals, or external systems.

  • Check whether the mobile app or scanner screen shows pending actions.
  • Avoid duplicate submissions if the connection drops after saving.
  • Sync as soon as a stable connection is available.
  • Review failed or pending sync items before leaving the work area.
  • Escalate any stock, payment, or approval action that remains unresolved after retry.
