The Bidding Process
- Drafting: Procurement officers define the exact specifications and quantities needed.
- Invitation: Select existing vendors or invite new ones via email.
- Submission Window: Vendors receive a secure link to the Vendor Portal where they enter their price and delivery terms.
- Comparison Dashboard: Once the window closes, AWRA generates a side-by-side matrix of all submissions.
