Granular Governance: Roles & Permissions
AWRA uses a least-access approach. Users are only granted the tools required for their job function.
Admin (Full System Overlay)
Highest authority. Manages tenant-wide settings, user accounts, and system maintenance. Has override and approval power across all modules.
Manager (Strategic Oversight)
Focuses on approvals and intelligence. Can sign off on procurement requests, review comprehensive financial health reports, and monitor organizational KPIs.
Procurement Officer (Supply Specialist)
Executes the procurement loop. Issues RFQs, evaluates vendor quotations, generates Purchase Orders, and manages supplier relationships.
Inventory Clerk (Tactical Ops)
Manages the physical flow. Handles stock check-ins, check-outs, transfers between warehouses, and regular physical count adjustments.
Vendor (External Partner)
Highly restricted access. Restricted to the Vendor Portal where they can view RFQs addressed to them and update fulfillment status for their own POs.
