What the PandaDoc connector does
Send purchase orders, vendor contracts and prequalification forms for legally binding e-signature via your own PandaDoc account and templates. Add a “Send for e-signature” step to any workflow.
Documents send from your own PandaDoc account and templates, so recipients see your branding and every signed copy lands in your workspace with a full audit trail. Wire it into a workflow and a supplier agreement can go out automatically the instant a vendor is prequalified — no manual chasing. This is for a signer at a distance: if the person is standing in front of you and something is changing hands, you want signature capture on the movement instead, which is a drawn mark rather than a certified document and is a separate feature.
