Troubleshooting

Supplier questions, alternates and quote validity

RFQs & quotation comparison

Answer Summary

Yes. Buyers post questions and clarifications to one supplier, to every invited supplier, or as an internal note. A supplier's question stays private until the buyer shares it, and is then shown to the others without the supplier's name. Suppliers can offer up to twenty alternate items on a quote, which are compared beside the main lines. An RFQ can require a minimum quote validity, and suppliers can extend an expiring quote from their portal without re-quoting.
