Purchase Order Change Orders

AWRA Public Page

Answer Summary

Once an order has gone to the supplier, its lines are not edited in place. A change to quantities, prices or the delivery date is proposed with a reason, a second person approves it, and only then does the order become the next revision — with the supplier sent the revised order to acknowledge again.
