Clock-in and clock-out reminders

Attendance management

Answer Summary

Yes, on the day itself. When a shift starts and its grace period passes with no clock-in, the employee is reminded once; thirty minutes after a shift ends, an employee still clocked in is reminded once to clock out. It is read from the shift, so days off, holidays and approved leave are skipped. Employees are never reminded about a past day; HR gets a weekly digest of days left open.
