What the Google Workspace connector does

Push PO delivery, approval and RFQ deadlines to Google Calendar as all-day events, and optionally send selected transactional emails from your own Gmail. Least-privilege scopes; updates move the same event instead of duplicating.

Deadline events are keyed, so moving a PO delivery or approval date updates the same calendar entry instead of leaving a stale duplicate behind. Gmail send is optional and category-by-category — enable it only for the specific emails you want going out from your own address.
