AWRA OpsHub + Microsoft 365

Outlook calendar deadlines and mailbox sending.

Overview

What the Microsoft 365 connector does

The Microsoft mirror of Google Workspace: push delivery, approval and RFQ deadlines to Outlook Calendar, and send selected transactional emails from your own Outlook mailbox — all through Microsoft Graph.

It mirrors the Google Workspace connector for Microsoft shops: Outlook Calendar deadlines and mailbox sending, all over Microsoft Graph with Mail.Send and Calendars.ReadWrite. Refresh tokens rotate automatically, so the connection keeps working for months without anyone re-authenticating.

What you can do

Outlook events

Deadlines become all-day events, keyed so they never duplicate.

Mailbox send

Send chosen transactional emails from Outlook.

Graph scopes

Mail.Send + Calendars.ReadWrite, tokens encrypted.

Setup

How it works

1

Connect your Microsoft account with OAuth.

2

Choose which deadlines create events and which emails route via Outlook.

3

Sync deadlines now, or let them flow automatically.

One secure connection, then every user benefits

Connect once with OAuth using least-privilege scopes. Tokens are encrypted at rest, scoped to your tenant, and you can revoke access at any time.

Enterprise-ready

Built for security & scale

Every connector rides the same hardened delivery layer that powers payments and accounting sync.
