The per-user export is a privacy export answering "what do you hold about me" for one person. It is not a portable copy of your operational data — it does not hand you your items, movement history, invoices and assets in a form you could load into another system. Module-by-module exports in PDF, CSV and XLSX exist across the product and cover a great deal in practice, and eighteen datasets can be scheduled for delivery. A single portable whole-workspace archive does not exist today, and is commissionable rather than shipped.
