Clock hours per site

Attendance Sites & Geofencing

Answer Summary

Each attendance site can carry optional clock hours: time ranges by day of the week for clock-in, clock-out or both, including ranges that run past midnight for night shifts. Outside them, an employee’s own clock-in or clock-out at that site is refused — on the web, the no-login time portal and the mobile app — to the minute with no grace period, and the message names the site’s hours. HR’s register, imports and approved corrections are not limited, so genuine late work is corrected rather than lost.
