Billing

Match exception queues

Purchase orders, receiving & matching

Answer Summary

Receipt-matching problems are split into five queues, each owned by whoever has to act: price variance, quantity variance, missing invoice, late delivery and receiving damage. A daily sweep adds orders that become late and bills that never arrive. Resolving a row needs a written reason, and a resolved row reopens if its facts change. Procurement spend analytics shows spend by supplier, category, department, requestor and budget, cycle times and negotiated savings, one currency at a time.
