Billing

Shortlists, bid rounds and award rationale

Strategic sourcing

Answer Summary

Yes. Each RFQ has a sourcing workbench: shortlist the suppliers worth taking forward and save the shortlist for a category, open sealed revision rounds with their own deadlines, and score each round on price, delivery, track record and a technical mark with weights set per RFQ. A supplier left off a round can no longer quote or be awarded, and a later quote supersedes the earlier one. Awarding from the workbench needs a written rationale and keeps a snapshot of the scores, and each award records the saving against the supplier's first-round price, per currency.
