Supplier compliance documents and contract service levels

Supplier contracts & call-offs

Answer Summary

Yes. Buyers request certificates and licences from a supplier, the supplier uploads them from their portal, and a reviewer approves them with an expiry date or sends them back with a reason. Both sides are warned 30 days before a required document expires and when it lapses. Contracts carry an agreed lead time and on-time and fill-rate targets measured on their own call-off orders, and a missing or expired required document stops call-offs until a current copy is approved. Compliance also counts in the supplier's risk score.
