Billing

Supplier contracts & call-offs

Strategic Sourcing

Answer Summary

Supplier contracts hold agreed item prices, dates, an optional value ceiling and per-item maximum quantities. A call-off raises a pending quotation at contract prices that is approved and ordered as usual, and is refused outside the dates or limits. Quotes above contract price are flagged; contracts nearing their end are warned about daily.
