Supplier Scorecard

A structured rating of a supplier’s delivery, price and quality performance.

A supplier scorecard scores vendors on objective measures — on-time delivery, price variance, quality holds and responsiveness — so sourcing decisions rest on data, not gut feel.

Tracked over time, scorecards reward reliable suppliers and surface ones to coach or replace.
