A vendor portal gives suppliers controlled access to their purchase orders, delivery schedules, invoice status and payment dates, and lets them respond to RFQs or update their own details.
It removes most supplier email traffic by answering the two questions they actually call about: has my invoice been received, and when will it be paid. Each supplier sees only their own records.
