Savings Realisation

Confirming that negotiated savings actually reached the accounts.

Savings realisation tracks negotiated savings through to evidence in the ledger — prices actually charged, volumes actually bought, rebates actually received. It closes the gap between announced and banked savings.

Most leakage is mundane: the new price is agreed but not loaded, buyers keep using the old supplier, or volumes fall short of the tier that earned the discount. Tracking is what catches it.
