Anti-Bribery Compliance

Controls preventing improper payments or inducements in business dealings.

Anti-bribery programmes set rules on gifts, hospitality, facilitation payments and third-party intermediaries, backed by training, declarations and a reporting channel. Procurement is the highest-exposure function.

Most enforcement risk arrives through agents and intermediaries acting on your behalf, which is why due diligence on them, and documented refusal of improper requests, matters more than a signed policy.
