Signature Capture
AWRA can capture a hand-drawn signature at the moment goods change hands — a delivery received (including against a purchase order), stock issued out, an asset handed to a custodian, and a stock transfer, which takes two signatures: one at dispatch and one at receipt. The printed name of the signer and the timestamp are stored with the drawing, the mark prints on the delivery note and the PDF, and it works with no signal because the signature travels with the movement through the offline queue. Signing is always optional and never blocks a stock movement.

Supplier Prequalification
Approved suppliers stay qualified for a configurable period and are flagged for re-qualification when it lapses — keeping your vendor list current. Businesses can also blacklist a supplier (with a reason), which deactivates them, excludes them from RFQs, and blocks re-applications.
Warehouse Management
Warehouse management helps teams handle location structure, storage organization, and operational control across inventory locations.
