Security Whitepaper

Security design

AWRA treats inventory and procurement data as operationally sensitive and embeds security controls directly into workflows, approvals, and audit visibility.

Signature Capture

Signing in person vs. e-signing a document remotely

These are two different mechanisms and AWRA has both. Signature capture is a pad for someone physically present — the driver at the gate, the custodian taking a laptop. Remote e-signature is for a signer at a distance: a document sent out, tracked and returned, used for vendor purchase-order acknowledgement, employment contracts and supplier prequalification, through the document e-signature connector. AWRA does not put a drawing pad on expense, budget or procurement approvals: an approval by a logged-in user against a permission, written to the audit trail, is stronger evidence than a drawn mark.

Signature Capture

What a captured signature does and does not prove

A captured signature is an operational control, not a legal signing instrument. It gives you a named counterparty, a timestamp, and a window that closes — the mark cannot be added or replaced once the movement has been approved, adjusted, completed or rejected. It is not a cryptographic digital signature: there is no certificate or key pair, and AWRA makes no eIDAS, ESIGN or UETA claim for it. It also does not verify identity; it records the name entered beside the drawing. For most delivery and custody disputes that is enough, because they are settled by showing a person their own mark.

Solutions by Company Size

Micro & Owner-Run Business

Micro & Owner-Run Business Micro Solutions for micro-businesses One shop, one owner, and the stock and the cash finally adding up. For the owner who serves at the counter and does the books at night: a till that moves stock, a stock list you can trust, and invoices for the customers who buy on account.

Trash & Record Recovery

Why a permanent delete gets refused

Each record type carries its own declared dependency checks — roughly ninety across the registry in six shapes — and a permanent delete runs the whole list first, reporting every failure by name. An item still referenced by a goods receipt, a stock lot or an invoice line can be restored but cannot be erased. An impact preview shows what erasing something would touch without needing a destructive permission, legal holds can freeze a record or a whole record type, and the eleven high and critical record types route erasure through a second approver who cannot be the requester.

Trust Center
