Security Whitepaper

Signature Capture
These are two different mechanisms and AWRA has both. Signature capture is a pad for someone physically present — the driver at the gate, the custodian taking a laptop. Remote e-signature is for a signer at a distance: a document sent out, tracked and returned, used for vendor purchase-order acknowledgement, employment contracts and supplier prequalification, through the document e-signature connector. AWRA does not put a drawing pad on expense, budget or procurement approvals: an approval by a logged-in user against a permission, written to the audit trail, is stronger evidence than a drawn mark.
Signature Capture
A captured signature is an operational control, not a legal signing instrument. It gives you a named counterparty, a timestamp, and a window that closes — the mark cannot be added or replaced once the movement has been approved, adjusted, completed or rejected. It is not a cryptographic digital signature: there is no certificate or key pair, and AWRA makes no eIDAS, ESIGN or UETA claim for it. It also does not verify identity; it records the name entered beside the drawing. For most delivery and custody disputes that is enough, because they are settled by showing a person their own mark.
Trust Center
The Trust Center brings together security, legal, governance, and review resources for procurement, compliance, and customer due diligence.
Workflow Automation
AWRA workflow automation helps teams manage approvals, triggers, exception handling, and multi-step operational actions with stronger governance.
