Who We Serve

AWRA OpsHub supports schools, NGOs, SMEs, retailers, warehouses, finance teams, and governance leaders with one disciplined operating layer for stock, spend, assets, approvals, reports, integrations, and field execution.

Connectors

Accounting & finance connectors

Sync vendors, items, invoices and purchase orders with your books. QuickBooks Online is live — connect, disconnect and run syncs with accounts auto-mapped. Broader ERP and accounting bridges are scoped per rollout.

Connectors

Communication & notification connectors

Push alerts, approvals and operational events to where your team already works. Slack, Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp, Telegram and Discord are live for channel notifications, and SMS is live via Africa's Talking, Twilio or Infobip for order confirmations, OTPs, vendor comms and payment reminders. Per-module toggles control which events post to each channel.

Connectors

Connectors and integrations directory

The Connectors directory is the single integration layer for AWRA OpsHub, with 30+ connectors across communication, payments, accounting, tax, storage, CRM, e-signature, identity/SSO, productivity and developer webhooks — most of them live today. Connections use secure OAuth or your own provider keys, encrypted credentials, and signed webhooks with retries and delivery monitoring.

Connectors

Document storage & archiving connectors

Archive invoices, purchase orders, receipts, exported reports and vendor documents to cloud storage you control. Google Drive, Dropbox and OneDrive/SharePoint are live, filing documents into per-type folders automatically as they are generated, with a Sync-now backfill. Least-privilege access means AWRA only touches the files it creates.

Connectors

Google Workspace & Google Sheets connectors

Google Workspace is live: push PO delivery, approval and RFQ/quote deadlines to Google Calendar, and send selected transactional emails (POs, RFQs, invoices, receipts) from your own Gmail with automatic fallback. Google Sheets is live too — export vendors, POs, invoices, quotations and RFQs to a live spreadsheet, one tab per register, refreshed on demand or daily.

Connectors

Identity/SSO, CRM, e-signature & automation connectors

Google SSO is live for signing in with Google Workspace accounts (Microsoft Entra ID on the roadmap). Zapier and Make automations are live so one connector can unlock thousands of apps, and inbound webhooks receive events from external systems. Salesforce (CRM) and PandaDoc (e-signature for POs, contracts and prequalification forms) are catalogued.

Connectors

KRA eTIMS e-invoicing

The KRA eTIMS connector is live: each business connects its own KRA PIN, initialises its eTIMS device, and files compliant tax invoices to KRA — manually per invoice or automatically on issue. The signed receipt number, control-unit signature and QR code are stored and printed on the invoice. Test in sandbox, then switch to production.

Connectors

Payments & collections connectors

Collect and disburse money through local and global rails using your own credentials. M-Pesa (STK Push, C2B Paybill/Till, QR) and Paystack (cards, bank) are live for collecting customer payments, and vendor payments go out via M-Pesa B2C/B2B or Paystack bank transfer. PayPal is also supported.

Data Export & Organization Deletion

Exporting everything in your organization

An administrator can export the whole organization from My Account & Danger Zone after re-entering their password: one ZIP with every table your organization owns as a CSV, every stored attachment filed under the record it belongs to, and a manifest with each table's columns, row count and SHA-256. It is built in the background, delivered only to the requester through an expiring link, and deleted from our servers after seven days. Passwords, access tokens and integration keys are left out. The CSVs mirror the database tables keyed by id, so loading them into another product is a mapping step. The per-user export is different: a privacy export answering "what do you hold about me" for one person.
