HR & People

Human Resources — employee records, leave, attendance and time, payroll and payslips, and employee self-service.

AWRA Public Page

Payroll

AWRA Payroll calculates every run over the locked, payroll-ready periods Attendance already produces — applying each region's statutory rules to gross pay, freezing a full payslip per employee, and posting the approved run straight into the ledger that already reconciles your vendor payments.

AWRA Public Page

People & HR Suite

AWRA People & HR is a full human-resources pillar layered onto the platform you already trust — the same secure identity, approvals, audit trail and money-out ledger that power your inventory, procurement and finance.

AWRA Public Page

POS Shift Reconciliation

AWRA POS Shift Reconciliation helps branch teams compare expected cash against declared cash, review payment methods, track cash drops, see open drawers, and understand variance before daily close becomes a finance problem.

AWRA Public Page

Projects & Tasks

AWRA Projects & Tasks is a full delivery pillar layered onto the platform you already trust — the same secure identity, approvals, audit trail and notifications that power your inventory, procurement, finance and HR.

AWRA Public Page

Shift Scheduling & Rosters

Most of your people work the same shift most weeks. AWRA OpsHub takes that seriously: set a default shift once per person, then use the weekly grid only for the days that break the pattern. Empty cell means "as usual", so a roster is a list of exceptions rather than a wall of repetition.

AWRA Public Page

Statutory Payroll, P9 Certificates & Payout Details

Tax rates change. Finance Acts amend thresholds. A payroll system that recomputes history against today's rates will hand your employee a P9 that disagrees with the payslips it was built from.

AWRA Public Page

Task Management

Organize work into projects, break it into tasks and subtasks, assign it to real employees, and drive it across a Kanban board. Every task can link straight to the purchase order, invoice, customer, asset, stock transfer or vendor it moves — so delivery and operations stay one system.

AWRA Public Page

The Operational Report Catalogue

Report builders are wonderful and almost nobody uses them. What people actually use is a report that already exists, already knows which tables to join, and already answers the question they had.

AWRA Public Page

Timesheets & Overtime

Attendance and approved overtime roll into one monthly timesheet per person. Review it, lock it, and the month freezes to its own snapshot — with six separate write paths checking that lock before they touch anything, and payroll refusing to calculate against a month you have not closed.

AWRA Public Page

Trash & Record Recovery

Every serious system has an undo. What almost none of them have is a permanent delete that reads the record's own history first — the check-ins, the journal entries, the payroll runs, the signed tickets — and refuses when removing the row would leave a document pointing at nothing.

AWRA Public Page

What Is AWRA?

AWRA, in full AWRA OpsHub, is a business operations platform used by organizations worldwide. It runs inventory, procurement, sales and point of sale, assets, HR, projects, helpdesk and accounting off one set of records, in your own currency and under your own jurisdiction's tax rules.

Cash Drawer Management

Float, drops, count and variance per till

A drawer session is bound to a POS counter and a cashier, opened with a counted float and closed with a physical count. Cash payments attach to the session as they are recorded, so expected cash is computed from float plus cash sales net of change given minus drops to the safe — and the only figure a person types at close is the count. Every figure is frozen onto the session at close. One counter holds one open drawer, and any user in the workspace may close an abandoned one so the variance lands on the shift that produced it.

Data Export & Organization Deletion

Exporting your data and closing a workspace

A per-user data export covers profile, privacy state, role and place assignments, registered devices and recorded activity, delivered as a signed link valid 24 hours — with handover signatures deliberately excluded and the reason stated inside the file. Deleting an organization runs an impact preview that counts real rows per table and names the four storage directories, issues a 15-minute confirmation token the request must echo back, then schedules the deletion 30 days out with reminder emails and a cancel available throughout.

Departments, Locations & Reason Codes

Departments, warehouse locations and stock reason codes

Three coding dimensions every record is filed against. A department is a flexible cost-centre concept carried on sixteen record types, from users and employees to purchase orders, budgets, projects and tickets. Warehouses hold locations carrying zone, aisle, bay, shelf, bin, a pick sequence, an optional capacity and one of eight storage roles including quarantine. Twenty-five reason codes ship — ten inbound, fifteen outbound — and two of them, Sale and Paid Checkout, carry the flag that makes a check-out post as revenue rather than as consumption.

Employee Management

Employee records & onboarding

AWRA keeps a first-class record for every employee — identity, contacts, department, position, org hierarchy, employment contracts, and documents with expiry reminders — plus bulk CSV import and optional login provisioning. An employee is not the same as a user account: most staff never need a login, and employment changes never touch anyone's app access.

Global Search & Command Palette

Searching across sixteen record types at once

Command+K on a Mac or Control+K elsewhere opens a palette that searches sixteen record groups in one query: items, assets, vendors, supplier prequalification applications, customers, invoices, purchase orders, RFQs, quotations, expenses, employees, projects, tasks, tickets, settings pages and connector pages. Results are grouped by type with a subtitle per row. Opened without typing it shows a destination list built from your own permissions, so nobody is offered a page they cannot open.

HR & People

Employee self-service

Employees can serve themselves in AWRA — request leave, clock in and out, and view or download payslips (and a Kenya P9A certificate) — either with an app login or through a private, PIN-protected no-login link they open on any phone. Staff without accounts get the same self-service without ever needing a seat.

HR & People

What the HR module does

AWRA includes a full Human Resources module covering employee records and org structure, leave management, attendance and time tracking, and payroll with statutory deductions and payslips. Employees can self-serve — request leave, clock in and out, and view payslips — with a login or through a private no-login link, so even staff without accounts are covered.

Implementation & Professional Services

Implementation & Professional Services

Professional Services Go live with confidence — we help you implement, migrate, and train. AWRA OpsHub is built to stand up quickly, but every business has its own data, workflows, and teams. Our services exist to de-risk that — so you reach a clean, trusted go-live faster and your people actually adopt the system.

Leave Management

Leave, balances & approvals

AWRA manages leave end to end: configurable leave types with accrual and year-end carryover, balances computed excluding your configured non-working days and public holidays, single- or multi-level approval, and a team leave calendar. Employees request and track their own leave with a login, or through a private PIN-protected no-login link for staff without accounts.

Migrate to AWRA OpsHub

Migrate from Bundled app suites

You do not have to leave every app at once. We trace one cross-app workflow, rebuild it on shared records in AWRA, and keep the niche apps you genuinely value — replacing only the loosely-joined core that was creating sync work.

Operations Glossary

Employee Lifecycle
